Davandy Finance & Securities Ltd has on its Board tested and experienced men of integrity who have made great strides in their individual callings.  They have brought these varied and rich experiences to bear positively on the activities of the Company.  The staff team is made up of a crop of carefully selected, well trained and highly motivated men and women who have consistently display professionalism in all our operations.  The following profile summarises the qualifications, years of experience and designation of some of the Company's Directors and key personnel.

GP. CAPT. ITA D. IKPEME (RTD) - CHAIRMAN

A distinguished Electrical Engineer, Gp. Capt. Ikpeme holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from University of London.  He was the first Military Governor of Ondo State.  Since his retirement from the Nigerian Air Force, he has been actively involved in business management.  A very experienced and distinguished Project Manager, he is an accomplished administrator.

CHIEF ASUQUO EKPENYONG - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

He is a seasoned Investment Banker with over 25 years experience acquired from banks in Nigeria and the United States of America.  He holds advanced degrees in Banking and Management from leading Universities.  He has served in Banks such as Chase Manhattan Bank, New York, Midland Bank, London and Central Bank of Nigeria.  He is a fellow of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and England.

SENATOR BASSEY EWA HENSHAW - DIRECTOR

Senator Bassey Ewa Henshaw is a graduate of New York University, New York City.  He has had diversified working experience at various level in such reputable Organisations as Chase Manhattan Bank, New York, Citibank, New York and Agbara Estates Limited where he became the first indigenous Managing Director in 1984.  Senator Henshaw is very versatile in Banking, Finance, Accounting and Management.

BARRISTER LINUS OKON

Barrister Okon is a long standing Administrator and he is the Company Secretary and Legal Adviser.  His qualifications include LLB (Hons), B.L and D.PA.

Ms Gloria Evans Bassey

Ms Bassey has 8 years experience in Project Management/Monitoring & Evaluation, Investment Banking and Credit Administration.  She is a seasoned banker with vast experience in International Banking Operations and holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Accounting of the University of Calabar.


Barrister Nkoyo A. Ekpenyong

Barrister Ekpenyong is Head of Operations.  She holds a LL.B degree from the University of Abuja and BL. from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja.  She is experienced in Capital Market operations.
